The Opportunity We are looking for a confident individual with strong digital operations and technical experience who understands the importance of communication, solutions and delivery. He/She should have a passion for solving problems, identifying solutions, leading projects, and working in cross-functional teams. Candidates must have a strong knowledge base of digital media Operations including video, display and connected TV. Advanced TV and insights-based advertising experience a plus. The Business Operations Manager is expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company. The Business Operations Manager will report directly to the Head of Business Operations and based in the NYC office. Lastly, this person will also work closely with teams around the world to ensure we are getting the proper support to grow the business. Specific responsibilities include:
* Develop, implement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops/QA teams to follow
* Develop, implement and enforce Sales Operations processes, policies & workflows for the sales teams
* Provide Tier 1 Tech Ops support for Ad Campaign issues - Diagnose & resolve issues or escalate to Eng. teams as required
* Certify external partners/vendors to run on the Samsung Platform
* Process IOs for signature and general contract administration which may include Samsung legal and privacy teams
* Enforce business policy compliance on all new campaigns
* CRM Support
* General project Sales platform & project management including
* Own all Operations commercial product launch preparation and liaison with Product and engineering on behalf of full Operations team.
* Drive & influence internal product and engineering development on Operations platform requirements
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
* 6 to 8+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with F100 brands.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
* Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required.
* Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players.
* Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources
* Project Management experience
